Q. How do I know the counseling will be effective?
A. No counseling can ever be guaranteed.  But with a professional, licensed therapist you have your best chance of receiving competent counseling.  If you are willing to work honestly and truthfully with your issues you will most likely feel a sense of relief, find healing and move forward in your life.
